Lisa Lynn Calhoun
Lisa Lynn Calhoun, 50, of Monticello passed away March 10 in Monticello.
She was born February 15, 1963, in Monticello to Dorothy Owens Calhoun and the late J.D. Calhoun.
She was a direct care consultant for Jenkins Memorial Center, attended stenography school at UAM and received an Interior Decorators Degree in Little Rock. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister and a friend to many. She had a great love for animals and art. She was a free spirit with a keen wit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include two sons; Ronald Allen Martin, Jr. and wife, Brandy Kay, of Monticello, and Mason Daniel Martin, of Monticello; her mother, Dorothy Owens Calhoun, of Monticello; one sister, Anne Hollinger and husband, Steve, of Artesia, N.M.; two nieces, Rachel Chapman, of Atlanta, Ga., and Jaye Lynn Hollinger, of Roswell, N.M.; one nephew, Will Hollinger, of Artesia, N.M.; one great-niece, Addison Hollinger; two great-nephews, Jackson Hollinger and James Chapman; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with Rev. Robin Hood officiating.
