Test & Tune planned Saturday at speedway
Racers will get their first chance of the season to “shake off the cobwebs and put the pedal to the metal” when the Drew County Speedway presents Test & Tune #1 this Saturday, February 21, track owner Rodney Box announced Tuesday.
Admission into the main grandstands will be free and the food court will be open. All pit passes are $15. The gates and pits will open at 11 a.m. The racetrack will be available for “hot laps” at 1 p.m.
Also on the schedule will be the annual pre-season “Best Looking Car Contest” presented by J&H Motorsports. Judging will start at noon and finish at 4 p.m., with trophies presented at 5 p.m.
