Valley

Our weather has really tried to show itself recently. Easter Sunday, the cantata was beautiful; how one could come away with dry eyes is beyond me. After church and lunch, everyone had to play indoors, even the Easter Bunny.

Monday, Leona Eubanks and her sister, Hazel Saffold, drove up to Pine Bluff to visit their Uncle Pete, who is in rehab there.

Monday, Roy Craig, David, C.E. Williams, Jim, Bill and Connie visited with me awhile.

Monday, Leo and Jerline McCarty visited with her mother in the nursing home.

Tuesday, Roy and Marjorie Craig stopped in with Tom and Aleta McCarty. Later, they, Kay, David, Bill and Connie visited me awhile.

Tuesday evening, Tom and Aleta stopped by with Leo and Jerline.

Tuesday, Roy and Marjorie were in Crossett, where he had a dental appointment.

Wednesday, Jerline visited with Aleta while leo helped Tom with a small job. Later, they visited with her mother at Golden LivingCenter. Thursday, they visited with Karl, Dwyla and boys.

Friday, Roy accompanied David to Little Rock for his treatment.

Friday, Leo and Jerline met Denise, Jenny and Phil in Hot Springs, where they had a good, fast visit. Then they went to Shreveport in the afternoon.

I really enjoyed The Advance's special edition last week. It was very interesting.

Kagan and Macy Lloyd spent the weekend with Nana and Pop. They really had a colorful time dying eggs.

David and Roy Craig drove to Crossett Saturday, where they set out some plants, then they visited David's Uncle Doyle and Aunt Doris.

Eddie and Leona had most of their children and grands for the weekend.

Thelma, Anne and Royce stopped in with us Saturday afternoon.

Our hours was bulging at the seams with our 24 members present; that's always a pleasure.

Leo and Jerline visited with her mom at the nursing home Sunday afternoon.
